You can, at any time, reset your password. Go to the login page, click on “I forgot my password” and get a link to reset your password.
Please login to your Onohome account and then go to Settings. You will be able to modify all of your personal information.
Order
Please login on your account, and click on your order. You will then be able to see the status of your order. You should also receive an email for any change in your order status. If you have any questions, our team remains available.
Our customer service team is available from Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM (Paris Time, GMT+2) by clicking on the Intercom at the bottom right of any Onohome page. You can also leave us a message on our contact
Please note that most of our items are made on order and can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Some products may be eligible for modifications, so please contact customer service for any further questions. If a delivery is refused without Onohome consent, you may be subject to penalties, including additional shipping fees and handling charges.
Modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from our customer service.
Under European law, the only kind of products eligible for a return and refund on Onohome are the non customised accessories. Please note that the return must be made after getting confirmation from our customer service to the designated address, and the buyer must bear the return cost. The return must include tracking and we highly recommend insurance, as Onohome cannot be held responsible for damages in return.
All of our other products are made to order and thus do not qualify for a return.
Once you place your order and your payment is received, you will get a confirmation email with a reference number.
You should be contacted in advance to arrange a delivery with the delivery company.
If your order is marked as delivered but is missing, here are the steps you can take:
Double-check the delivery address: Ensure that the delivery address provided during the order placement is correct and that the package was not delivered to a neighbor or a nearby location.
Check with household members or neighbors: Sometimes, the package may have been received by someone else in your household or a neighbor. It's worth asking around to see if anyone has accepted the delivery on your behalf.
Contact the shipping carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier responsible for the delivery (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL) and provide them with your tracking number. Inquire about the delivery status and any available details about the delivery location.
Contact customer support: Get in touch with our customer support team and inform them about the situation. They will assist you further, initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier, and provide guidance on potential solutions or remedies.
It's important to act promptly to report any missing deliveries to ensure a timely resolution.
Upon receipt, please personally sign the word "damaged" on the delivery certificate (truck), inspect your purchase, and immediately notify us of any missing parts, defects, damages, or incorrect items, with pictures.
Please properly retain the original packaging, as it is essential. In case of any issues with the product, we recommend contacting our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the lamp doesn't work during installation or if furniture is damaged after opening, be sure to quickly take photos or videos to illustrate the problem. Providing images of the product, packaging, and external labels will significantly expedite the process for you.
All inquiries regarding product issues should be reported to us within 14 days of receiving the three aforementioned images. Otherwise, due to uncertain factors beyond the time period, post-sale inquiries after 14 days of receipt may be negatively affected.
Please note that we do not cover maintenance fees if unauthorized third-party services are employed.
If you believe you have received the wrong product, please check the item number of the item(s) you received against your order confirmation and/or invoice. If it does not match, immediately contact customer service, making sure to include a copy of your original order confirmation, confirm the item number and quantity of the incorrect item(s), and provide clear photos showing the wrong item.
The wrong item should be returned in its original packaging, and Onohome will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You can exchange it for the correct item or request a full refund.
Shipping
Typically, orders at Onohome are shipped in a single shipment. However, if you prefer to have items from each brand ordered shipped together, we offer this option on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our customer service, and they will assist you in coordinating the shipping arrangements to meet your specific requirements. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to accommodate your preferences whenever possible.
Your order will most of the time be delivered when the last item of your order is produced and delivered to our warehouse. We then expedite the delivery to you in a single shipment. You can find the lead times on each product’s page.
Actual delivery times may vary slightly from the indicated estimates at Onohome. This can be due to factors such as intricate manufacturing processes, customization options, shipping logistics, and supplier availability. We strive to provide accurate lead times, but minor variations may occur. Rest assured, we prioritize transparency and will keep you informed of any updates or changes to your order. Our team works diligently to minimize delays and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Payment
Onohome offers easy currency conversion for your convenience. You can see product prices in Euros (€), along with approximate USD ($ US Dollars) and GBP (£ British Pound) conversions.
When you check out, you'll pay in your chosen currency, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience with no surprises.
Onohome accepts credit and debit cards from anywhere globally, PayPal, and wire transfers. For those within the EU, we offer instant wire transfers through Fintecture, approved by the Banque de France.
All our payment methods are certified PCI-DSS for your peace of mind.
When we confirm the cancellation of your order, you will be refunded within 48 hours. Once we receive your return, you will be refunded within 3-5 business days upon receipt and inspection. The refund will be made to the account from which the funds were originally drawn, meaning the money will be returned in the same manner it was received.
If you originally paid using your PayPal account balance, you can expect to see the refund immediately in your PayPal account.
If you initially paid with a credit card, please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your bank statement. This mainly depends on how quickly your bank processes the credit. Please refrain from initiating a chargeback with your credit card company during the return process. Due to the time required to resolve refund disputes, it is generally best to be patient and wait for the return procedure to run its course. However, if an unusual delay occurs, feel free to contact us for assistance.
When you place an order in another currency than Euro (€), the amount you pay is converted from Euro (€) to your desired currency at the official daily rate.
When the refund is processed, it automatically uses the official daily rate, which is generally different from the one on the day you placed the order.
That means that your refund can either correspond to a slightly higher or lower amount than what you initially paid.
3D Renderings
At Onohome, we strive to provide you with the most accurate representation of our products through our immersive 3D visualization technology. We want to assure you that what you see on our website is a true reflection of the furniture you select. However, we would like to bring to your attention that certain factors related to your computer characteristics, such as screen resolution and other parameters, may slightly influence the visual appearance of the products, on color, texture or other visual elements.
We want to emphasize that these differences are typically minor and are not expected to significantly impact your overall satisfaction with the product.

The density of a sofa refers to the stuffing or filling of its cushions. This density determines how soft or firm your sofa feels. It plays a significant role in making a sofa comfortable, so it's crucial to consider when choosing one.
For instance, a lower density suits softer seatings, whereas a higher density is more appropriate for firmer ones. However, the density of the seat isn't the only factor to consider; the backrest and armrests' density also matter for optimal comfort. Ultimately, the choice of density depends on individual preferences and desires.
Ensuring a comfortable and durable seating experience is crucial. Therefore, various materials are used for sofa coverings. The most popular ones include foam, wadding, and feathers. Each of these materials has unique characteristics:
Foam:
There are various types of foam, each offering different levels of softness or firmness. The density of the foam is crucial when buying a sofa.
20 kg/m³ density foam: Typically made of polyether, this foam provides a relatively soft and gentle seating experience.
25 kg/m³ density foam: This is ideal for those seeking a balance between softness and firmness. Polyurethane foams are preferred for this density, offering comfort without being overly soft.
30 kg/m³ density foam: For those who like firmer seating, this density, primarily using polyurethane foam, ensures the sofa doesn't sag easily.
35 kg/m³ density foam: This higher-density foam is used in premium sofa coverings. Though more expensive, it offers superior seating comfort. Depending on the supplier, the feel can vary from softer to harder.
Wadding (Ouate):
Wadding has a much higher density, ranging from 200 to 500 g/m2. It often combines materials like cotton, wool, or silk. Wadding is common in many cushions for its soft, cozy, and flexible feel.
Feathers:
Feathers offer an extremely soft seating experience, making them popular in high-end sofas and settees. For superior quality, animal feathers are preferred as they retain their shape over time, ensuring durability.
The optimal density varies based on the part of the sofa:
Seating: The seat is the most crucial part, bearing most of your weight. Therefore, a cushion with a density of 35 kg/m³ is generally recommended. High resilience foams might also be suggested for longer-lasting and higher quality support.
Backrest: The backrest's density is generally less than the seat since it only supports the weight of your back. Cushions with a density between 20 and 28 kg/m³ are sufficient for comfort and durability.
