Shipping & Delivery
Delivery in Metropolitan France
Onohome® Premium Delivery includes home delivery by two people, covering transportation to your home, carrying products upstairs after accessibility verification, assembly of furniture legs, and packaging removal. The Premium service is automatically applied to orders delivered in Metropolitan France.
The following services are not included: light fixture installation, moving other furniture, door disassembly, removal of old furniture (available upon quote), and the use of a lifting device.
Delivery Costs:
Delivery fees are communicated during the order process and depend on the destination, weight of the items, and the selected service. These fees are indicated in the cart before final confirmation by the client. An estimate can be obtained through a simulation on our site, although this amount is subject to change until the order is confirmed.
Grouped Delivery:
All items in an order are generally delivered simultaneously. If an item is temporarily out of stock, the complete shipment will be postponed until restocked, unless otherwise advised by the client.
The client can pick up their orders or arrange their transport with the carrier of their choice directly from our warehouses in Saint-Denis, 93200, France, once the availability notification is received.
From the moment the goods are taken over by the client or their carrier, the responsibility for checking the products lies with the buyer.
Delivery in the European Union (excluding Metropolitan France)
Standard delivery in the European Union (excluding Metropolitan France) consists of a drop-off at the foot of the building or house, carried out by one person. Bulky items are delivered on a pallet and not unpacked. Packaging is not taken back.
Delivery Costs:
Identical to those practiced in France, with the possibility of opting for the Premium service, provided the request is made before or after placing the order.

International Delivery
For international orders, delivery and customs fees are calculated on a quote basis and communicated later (indicated on the payment page).

VAT Management:
In accordance with current regulations, we are required to withhold the amount of French VAT through a second payment link. This amount will not be debited if we receive official proof of export.
For Non-bulky Products
Non-bulky items are carefully shipped by postal services such as Colissimo, Chronopost, TNT, FedEx.
In case of absence during delivery, the package remains available for pickup at the local post office.
