Can I customize my piece or change dimensions?
Absolutely, almost each piece offered on Onohome is customizable with different finishes (fabrics, leathers, woods, metals, ...) defined on the product page and the 3D configurator. In case you need a special finish not available, contact us.
Dimensions alterations are discussed on a case-by-case: in this event, don't hesitate to reach out beforehand.
Can I change the contents of my order?
Alterations to your order are possible within 24 hours of placement by email or text at +33 7 81 24 41 64.
How long will my order take to ship?
Average production lead time is displayed on each product page. You can add a few more days for the product to reach us at our warehouses in Paris, France (in case there needs to be consolidations). We will then promptly send the order to you.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
If your order appears to be lost, please contact our customer service team with your order number and we'll investigate the issue. In cases where the package was marked as delivered but is missing, it may be considered stolen. While we don't directly replace stolen items, we recommend you file a police report and contact your home insurance for possible coverage.
