The adventure begins in 1951 in a woodworkers' cooperative in Francenigo, Veneto, under the name Artigiana Legno Francenigo. Taken over by the Piovesana brothers, the manufacture quickly distinguished itself in bedroom furniture before broadening its scope. In 2008, the merger with the Da Frè family — represented by Flavio Da Frè, now head of Design & R&D — gave birth to the name Alf DaFrè and the guiding vision: to create spaces where furniture adapts to people, not the other way around.
From its 150,000 m² of production facilities in the Treviso area, Alf DaFrè delivers modular storage systems, beds, sofas and kitchen solutions all made entirely to order — with no standard sizes, infinite personalisation options, at the cost of industrial production.
