Melamine belongs to the family of melamine panels and is made up of chipboard panels covered on the sides with very thin sheets of paper, impregnated with melamine resin.
The melamine material offers good performance in terms of resistance to moisture, infiltrations and stains.
Here it is a surface finish that imitates oak wood grain.
- Melamine material does not require particular maintenance.
- In case of stains, clean using a damp microfiber cloth with warm water, then dry with a soft, clean cloth.
- For stubborn stains, use a microfiber cloth with specific laminate cleanser. Finish cleaning by wiping the surface with a dry cloth.
- The melamine surface must never be treated with scourers or products containing abrasive creams or powder detergents.
- Avoid water stagnation or other liquids near the edges of melamine tops in order to avoid any infiltrations.
