It is an ideal material to be placed in maritime environments.
With use, steel can get scratched, but still retains its anticorrosive properties.
- Cleaning stainless steel is a delicate operation, especially if you want to avoid the formation of stains on the surface, due to the action of water.
- Use any detergent as long as it does not contain chlorine or its compounds, such as bleach and muriatic acid.
- Do not use scourers or other abrasive materials, since they would inevitably scratch the surface.
- Do not leave rusty iron objects on the surface for too long.
