Overview
Stratified (HPL) is a laminate material with high thickness.
Under the surface, panels obtained from numerous layers of kraft paper, impregnated with thermosetting resins, are united.
For its aesthetic appeal and resistance, it is used for the creation of furnishing products.
HPL is a material with excellent aesthetic and functional qualities.
It is made by pressing several layers of paper, impregnated with thermosetting resins.
The pressing process takes place through the combined action of heat at 150°C and high pressure.
The result is a product with completely different characteristics from those of its constituent elements: HPL is a stable and high-density product.
The material is resistant to moisture and wear, while maintaining its aesthetic and performance characteristics unchanged for the entire life cycle, even when the temperature and humidity vary.
The small surface flaws (small dots) meet the tolerances allowed by the UNI EN 438 standards, which regulate the European standards of plastic laminates (HPL).
- To clean the stratified (HPL) tops, you can use a microfiber cloth moistened with water or any cleaning product, as long as not abrasive.
- Always remove the detergent by rinsing with a damp microfiber cloth and dry well.
- Do not use abrasive products or products containing chlorine, products containing white spirit.
- These tips are cleaning recommendations and do not guarantee complete stain removal.
- We recommend that you always test the cleaning method on a hidden part of the item to check the resistance of the color.
