The Onohome app utilizes the LiDAR laser on the iPhone or iPad Pro to scan rooms, which is betwen 98% and 99% precise. We have a vast library of textures to apply to floors, ceilings, walls, and moldings to make the project as close to reality.
We generally recommend to scan a whole appartment at once since there is a minimal chargeable area per scene.
Absolutely! You only need to scan the areas you want included in the Scene Design Tool. This way, you'll only pay for the rooms you choose to have in your design.
Simply create your project and scene and click on the camera icon to start scanning.
No, the app automatically captures pictures of the scanned area, eliminating the need for manual submissions.
No, but you can add notes and pictures if needed, especially if you need to change anything to the current configuration of the room.
Once scanning is finished, click on “Done”. You’ll need to validate and confirm the accuracy of the scan.
You'll be prompted to review the entire scan and ensure everything is in order. If any details are missing or inaccurate, you can restart the scan for free.
The payment is based on a fixed fee per square meter or square foot, calculated directly after the scan is completed.
The Scene Design Tool includes existing furniture in the kitchen, toilets, and bathrooms. However, other existing furniture in the apartment or home is not included in the render, for you to customize it with Onohome’s catalog.
Yes, modifications can be made after the initial scanning, but they may incur an additional rework fee.
While we strive for realism, the exterior environment may vary slightly in textures.
The delivery time for the final design can vary depending on the complexity of the project and our workload. However, it typically does not exceed 15 business days.
